Another issue for YELP, besides "Go away!"

Another issue for YELP, besides "Go away!" I really hate that Yelp shows up at the top of listings when looking for someplace, like a restaurant. I have no interest in reading Yelp reviews. It would be great to opt out of it appearing in search engine results.
